Cool. Thanks for the reassurance Ron. As it turns out, Sarafin and I talked this morning and she had similar concerns. So we're going to alternate being the "committed" ones one weekend and on "standby." the next.

I wouldn't worry too much about only being available one night out of the two nights our teams typically raid. Might you occasionally be passed over in lieu of someone who can definitely make both nights? Perhaps, because maybe there isn't someone else who could only do the other night? But just as often, that situation is reversed, and maybe someone else can only make one night, and we need to find someone to fill their spot the next night. So long as you make your availability clear in the raid signup threads, the raid leaders will do their absolute best to accommodate everyone in a fair way.
